Dr. Marciano graduated Summa Cum Laude from C.W. Post–Long Island University, where she also received Biology Department Academic Achievement Awards. She attended the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYCOM) in Old Westbury, New York, and completed her internship and residency at NYU Langone Health–Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York and received her board certification in Pediatrics.

In 2001, she was honored with the Outstanding Attending Physician Award from NYU Langone Winthrop University Hospital, recognizing her dedication to excellence in patient care.

As her medical career progressed, Dr. Marciano developed a strong interest in aesthetic medicine. She pursued advanced training with a focus on minimally invasive cosmetic procedures and liposuction, learning from leading physicians across the country. In March 2009, she founded Great Neck Medical Spa.

Dr. Marciano has performed over 2,000 SmartLipo® liposuction procedures and is known for her careful, personalized approach to patient care. She continually stays up to date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine by attending national conferences, workshops, and seminars. She also serves as a SmartLipo® Preceptor for Cynosure Lutronic, helping train other physicians.

Dr. Marciano is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, and the National Society of Cosmetic Physicians.
